The Cursed Gladiator Build
Well, all I hear on build forums in the Guild Wars community is R/Me builds. So I thought I'd through in a differant idea. Well, it's not really differant but I have not seen anyone really mention it.
The Cursed Gladiator
Primary: Necromancer
Secondery: Warrior
Play Style: PvP
Objective: Warrior Killer
Attribute Points
Cureses: 11
Tactics: 10
Swordsmenship: 10
Skills
1) Bonetti's Defense
2) Defensive Stance
3) Healing Signet
4) Barbs
5) Faintheartedness
6) Price of Failure
7) Spiteful Spirit
8) Weaken Armor
Bonetti's Defense: Stance, 8 Adrenaline
For 5-10 seconds, you have a 75% chance to block incoming melee attacks and arrows. You gain 5 energy for each successful melee attack blocked. Bonetti's Defense ends if you use a skill.
Defensive Stance: Stance, 5 Energy, 45 sec recharge
For 10 seconds, you have a 75% chance to evade melee attacks. Defensive Stance ends if you use a skill.
Healing Signet: Signet, 4 sec Recharge
You gain 40-130 health. You take double damage while using this skill.
Barbs: Energy 10, 30 sec Recharge
For 30 seconds, target foe takes 1-8 more damage when hit by physical damage.
Faintheartedness: 10 Energy, 5 sec Recharge
For the next 8-37 seconds, target foe's attack speed is reduced and that foe suffers health degeneration of 1-3.
Price of Failure: 10 Energy, 10 sec Recharge
For 30 seconds, target foe has a 25% chance to miss with attacks and takes 6-25 damage whenever that foe misses in combat.
Spiteful Spirit: 15 Energy, 10 sec Recharge ELITE
For 8-18 seconds, whenever target foe attacks or uses a skill, Spiteful Spirit deals 5-29 shadow damage to that foe and all adjacent foes. This is an elite skill...
Weaken Armor: 10 Energy, 30 sec Recharge
For 30 seconds, target foe has an armor penalty of -10-22 against physical damage.
Damage Combo's used with this build:
Barbs + Fainthartedness - 20 Energy to cast Combo
Price of Failure + Deffensive Stance + Weaken Armor - 25 Energy to cast
The idea of this build is to target other warriors. I felt by using the stances and neat curse spells like price of failure added an large amount of damage and defense at the same time...

Well, this is a PvP build so post searing has no effect here. Also, Barbs adds 8 damage to each attack. How would that be usless?

I would recommend switching out either barbs or Healing signet with Insidious Parasite. Since you are primary Necro, you could handle the energy, and that way, whenever they hit you, they will deal themselves damage and give you enough healing to offset some of their damage.

I wouldn't recommend Insidious Parasite with Price of Failure, unless you want a win-win sort of thing, and have the energy to use it. A skill you might want to add is Enfeeble.
Enfeeble:
Target foe suffers from Weakness for 5-17 seconds.
Hope that helps.

I second what Maugrim Said, as it really takes a bite out of their damage, and it can be reused quickly if removed by someone.
